Japan, check! Next after Nihon is its neighbouring country, home of the world's well known boy group and girl group, Blackpink and BTS :D
I've booked the tickets since last December and NEVER did expect the Covid-19 pandemic would take place. Alhamdulillah, thankfully, we went to Korea when things are still in control and the requirements of the 14 days quarantine have not been implemented. I still remember the amount of Covid-19 cases in Korea on the day I left Malaysia to Korea. It was 25 cases nationwide. But as soon as our vacation in Korea ended and reached Malaysia safely, the cases escalated within a few days from tenths to near thousands within a week. Let's not go further deeper about this virus since I want to share what I did when I was there.

Upon arrival at Incheon Airport South Korea. A little TMI, the picture was taken while I was STILL in the airport (indoor, really!) but I have worn my winter jacket since in the flight because the chilly weather can be felt even though you are still in the airport!

Namsan Seoul Tower with family, also when were there, it was the first time I witness snow falling from the sky!

Lastly, the highlight of this trip is when I get the chance to visit one of my dream destinations; Pocheon Art Valley. Pocheon Art Valley is actually a quarry thus provide visitors a very picturesque scenery no matter the season is.
Indeed the almost-2-hour journey was worth it every second! We even played with snow, throwing snowballs towards each other >.<

Aaaannnddd.. that concludes my Korea trip! Of course, I would love to come here again, maybe with some friends next time, who knows? But obviously, I need to brush up my Korean speaking skills for easier communication. If I am to compare Korea to Japan, I would most probably recommend people to go to Japan since the people are very friendly and it feels like you are surrounded with positive vibes and disciplined people while Koreans are more relaxed and I have to say, if you are planning to stay In Korea for studies purposes, my advice to you is to be strong since the people can be hard hearted sometimes. But all is good throughout my travel there since I really enjoy the weather and the scenery and of course, the entertainment (talking about K-pop enthusiasts huh?).
